    • Art Swansea is a Community Interest Community and collects demographic data of service users to aid the funding and bid process. As a community interest company collecting demographic data allows us to evaluate and assess how effect we are being in supporting the wider community.

How long we keep information

We will only retain your data as long as necessary to provide services and/or goods to you. For customer accounts, data will be automatically deleted two years after the last log in to the site. All customers will receive a reminder prior to this giving the option to retain their account.

Data relating to service users of Art Swansea will be deleted within one year of their last attendance at an Art Swansea event.
